That’s exactly what Miami Instagram model Isabella Buscemi did. And so far, she hasn’t looked back.

So the question remains, is Buscemi happy with her breast implants, and is this a viable way for other women to pay for cosmetic surgery? Let’s dig into the details.

Cosmetic Surgery that Pays for Itself?!

Isabella Buscemi apparently had three cosmetic procedures: a boob job, nose job and her teeth done. Her Instagram deal after her breast augmentation and rhinoplasty, though, was pretty sweet. She paid a total of $8,200 for the two procedures combined—that’s $3,500 for her new nose and $4,700 for a totally natural-looking boob job.

Since her plastic surgeries, Buscemi now rakes in a cool $4,000 every time she posts a picture on her Instagram account. So after just two pics, her cosmetic surgeries have nearly paid for themselves. Not a bad workday, right?

Is Social Media Marketing Your Ticket to Bigger Boobs?

Buscemi says she loves the feeling of being an inspiration to other women—and for the most part, she gets positive feedback on social media.

So just how feasible is getting your boob job paid for by posting pics on social media? Realistically, you’re going to have to be prepared to put some serious sweat equity in—and sacrifice hella privacy—to get there.

According to Buscemi, “It’s not hard to be an influencer, but it’s not as easy as most people think it is. We have to constantly do our hair, our make-up, shoot content to post everyday. We also have to answer DMs, emails and engage with our followers everyday.”

Considering the wacky and downright weird things we’ve seen people do to fund their boob jobs—ahem, like joining a sex cult—this tactic doesn’t seem all that far-out. But don’t be surprised if you have to jump through a whole lot of hoops before you make the big bucks—and boobs.

Bottom Line: Make Sure You’re Getting New Boobs for the Right Reasons

Becoming a social media influencer is a slippery slope. Keep in mind that you’ll be on the hook for posting pictures of your nearly nude butt and boobs to rake in the dough. On one hand, if you’ve got it, flaunt it, right? But on the other, you don’t want to fall into the downward spiral of depending on critiques from everyone and their brother on the internet to measure your self-worth.

Oh, and did we mention that Isabella Buscemi is also a full-time student, studying early childhood education? So clearly, she doesn’t view her Instagram stardom as a way of life forever. But for the time being, the extra money can’t hurt. It just goes to show that you can have both brains and beauty, as long as you’re able to keep a healthy balance.
