So you’ve had your boob job, you come home and now you notice that your nipples look like they’re suuper low. What’s the deal? To be honest, you’ll probably notice quite a few changes to your ta-tas and nipples after breast implant surgery.
But the good news is that they should all lead up to the beautiful, bodacious results you’re hoping for.
Give It Time, Girlfriend
If you’re still less than about 3 to 6 months post-op, hold your horses. Your body is going to change quite a bit between now and then, so don’t fret if your nipples don’t look perfect just yet or even if your girls appear to be a little lopsided. This is totally normal and should keep getting better and better as time goes on.
Now, if you’re in pain or experiencing other specific issues, get your plastic surgeon’s office on the phone. Otherwise, you’re in it for the long game, girl.
Spongebob squareboob is when your boobs look like squares instead of round spheres at first. But don’t worry, it’s temporary.
Massage in the Meantime
While you’re waiting for your perfectly perky pair to show up after your boob job, you could massage them to help speed up the process. Talk to your plastic surgeon about how to do it first, though, since everyone has their own protocols for this. Some evidence says that the right breast massage could make for a speedier recovery and help your implants “drop and fluff” more quickly.
